I base my opinion from 2 facts: the label itself (used up until about 1972) and the fact that there is no tag for the wool percentage breakdown. I dont know if its dust, discoloration, or simply age, but if you take a look at the pictures closely, the turquoise color is really bright in the center, then at certain points its more dull brownish?
I took pictures of where it was visible on camera. I dont see any rips/tears. When you look closely at one side (whichever side), you can sometimes see dots where the wool line for the other sides color starts.
